About 'cheap zumba dvds'|Its official, I am Fat Ass

First,               a               little               background               about               Zumba.

Alberto               "Beto"               Perez               is               the               dancer               and               choreographer               who               founded               Zumba               during               the               1990's.

It               was               an               attempt               at               making               exercise               fun,               and               it               uses               multiple               dance               forms.

The               dance               forms               include               Salsa,               Merengue,               Cumbia,               Mambo,               Chachacha,               Reggaeton,               Samba,               Belly               dancing,               Hip               Hop,               Tango,               Bhangra,               and               Flamenco.

It               incorporates               many               different               styles               of               music               for               the               routines,               such               as               Merenque,               Reggaeton,               and               other               international               styles.

After               Beta's               Zumba               class               gained               popularity,               he               joined               Alberto               Perlman               and               Alberto               Aghion               to               trademark               the               Zumba               brand               name.

Zumba               classes               are               now               offered               globally.
When               I               first               saw               what               Zumba               "looked               like"               (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vf0q6qtThF4),               I               thought               "Hm,               maybe               I               should               try               this!"               So               I               looked               around               on               my               Netflix               thinking               I               was               too               cool               to               actually               go               to               a               class,               and               low               and               behold...Nothing!

Then               I               looked               to               see               what               kind               of               cheap               DVDs               I               could               buy.

    No               cheap               DVDs.

That               was               actually               a               year               ago.

I               happened               to               have               gotten               pregnant               shortly               after               that,               and               my               Zumba               adventure               (if               you               can               call               it               that)               was               at               a               standstill.
Now               a               year               and               a               baby               later,               I               picked               up               where               I               left               off.

    Class               time!

So               I               started               up               my               first               gym               membership               and               found               out               the               class               schedule.

I               was               supposed               to               be               going               with               my               step-mother               and               two               of               our               friends.

It               would               have               been               their               first               Zumba               attempt               as               well.

But               on               class               day,               the               two               friends               forgot               and               went               to               Bible               study,               and               my               step-mother               had               a               fever               and               chills.

Since               I               had               already               made               plans               for               my               husband               to               "babysit"               the               two               kids,               I               decided               to               be               bold               and               go               by               myself.

So               I               trucked               my               lazy               self               through               the               pouring               rain               to               the               gym.
There               were               about               15               women               there               for               the               class.

We               all               picked               our               places               on               the               dance               floor               and               started               stretching.

Of               course,               everyone               decided               to               be               bashful,               so               we               were               all               packed               in               the               backside               of               the               room.

The               dance               instructor,               Holly,               comes               bounding               in               full               of               energy               and               pizazz               and               starts               telling               us               about               today's               class.

Apparently,               I               chose               the               right               day               to               start               Zumba,               because               it               was               the               first               class               on               the               month,               which               is               when               she               starts               new               routines.

I               wouldn't               be               the               only               one               not               knowing               what               I               was               doing.

    And               there               were               mirrors               everywhere!

    "Oh               great,"               I               think.

"Now               I               get               to               watch               my               clumsiness               from               a               360               degree               view!"
                   So               off               we               go!

She               turns               on               the               music               and               starts               barking               out               these               impossible               moves.

    Impossible               for               me               anyways.

    I'm               no               dancer.

Well,               I               mean               I               can               go               to               the               club               and               shake               it               like               a               salt               shaker,               but               that's               not               choreographed!

That's               just               me               bouncing               around               with               a               drink               in               hand,               convinced               I'm               the               hottest               mom               out               there,               and               that               my               Beyonce-sized               butt               has               Sharika-like               hip               movements.
Holly               has               us               do               huge               hip               rolls,               butt               circles,               sexy               struts,               salsa               steps,               cha               cha               cha's,               arm               waving,               and               spins.

I'm               sure               I               looked               like               a               maniac               while               trying               to               perform               these               magic               tricks,               but               it               was               fun.

By               the               time               the               class               was               over,               the               women               had               spread               out               to               fill               the               entire               room.

There               just               wasn't               enough               space               to               get               our               grooves               on               if               we               were               all               bunched               together!

Of               course,               there               was               an               old               lady               who               had               been               doing               these               classes               for               a               while,               and               she               barely               messed               up               the               new               moves.

She               could               probably               outshine               me               at               the               club               any               day!
So,               the               conclusion               of               my               Zumba               story,               I               would               definitely               suggest               these               classes.

They               are               fun,               energetic,               and               calorie-burning!

Plus,               who               couldn't               benefit               from               a               little               bit               of               dance               time?
