Zumba               Fitness               is               a               hot               new               craze               that               is               supposed               to               be               more               fun               than               a               workout.

This               workout               craze               focuses               on               an               aerobic               exercise               that               is               set               to               Latin               style               music.

It               is               a               one               hour               workout               that               is               designed               to               burn               calories               wile               you               have               a               blast.

In               the               1990's               fitness               trainer               "Beto"               Perez               discovered               fitness               centered               on               Latin               music               in               Columbia,               South               America.

One               day               he               forgot               his               regular               music               for               his               fitness               class               and               had               to               improvise               with               whatever               music               he               had               in               his               car               at               the               time.

Zumba               was               born               and               soon               became               the               most               popular               fitness               class               at               his               health               club.

Zumba               fitness               uses               interval               training,               resistance               training,               fat               burning,               and               total               body               toning.

The               muscles               that               Zumba               Fitness               targets               are               legs,               arms,               abs,               glutes,               and               your               heart.
               The               Zumba               program               was               not               brought               to               the               United               States               until               1999               but               has               steadily               increased               in               popularity               since               then               with               an               infomercial,               partnership               with               Kelloggs',               as               well               as               many               Zumba               instructors               throughout               the               country.
